Early in his professional life, David recognized there was often a disconnect between an organization’s professed objectives, and the ability to put the right strategies in place to make things happen. He found that owners, product development, marketing departments, sales teams – not to mention financial interests (banks and/or investors) – rarely worked in concert. All were moving in different directions and wore different hats. Even when he witnessed the best of intentions, opportunities were not recognized or explored to their full potential. Worse yet, the energy expended on dead ends drained valuable resources – people, time, and money.
In 2011 David realized numerous organizations – large and small, entrepreneurial and established, – could benefit from his experience working in diverse capacities. Hat Trick Consulting was born. His strong reputation in global medical, pharmaceutical, biotech, and consumer packaging markets and applications established a viable consulting business literally from day one.
